It’s off to Cradock we go!!

Our Junior Tennis Programme in Kenton-on-Sea reached a milestone when 4 girls participated in their first official tournament in the dusty town of Cradock, some 200kms away from home base.

Having reached the destination, the group excitedly explored their guesthouse, declared their satisfaction and retired to their room for a feast of burgers and television.

The competition was very tough, matches won were few except for one victory, much to our delight!  But what was gained in life experience can now be put into practice – protocols, courtesies, rules, training the mind to focus for an entire match and so much more.

The next challenge beckons.
